Work Opportunities

 

Most graduates set up in private practice, working full or part-time. Some people use it as a supplement to their full time jobs, or may even work.

 

Due to the diversity of conditions and situations covered in MCPT courses, students are able to work effectively within many areas of massage therapy.

 

Therapists may specialise in Relaxation Massage in Gymnasiums, Health Spa’s, Beauty Salons, Hotel Resorts, or assisting sports people or work with people from other sectors of the community.

 

MCPT appropriately qualified therapists work alongside Medical Practitioners, Osteopaths and Physiotherapists within their own networks as well as at sports injury clinics and rehabilitation centres.
